General Description

Nice Beads SA is an artificial sand for sand 3D printers developed for furan binders.

Our original technology has realized fast curing speed and high sand removal in sand 3D printer molding.

No pre-mixing with Activator is required and the sand can be used as dry sand.

It has high fire resistance, low thermal expansion, and high strength, and has excellent characteristics as casting sand.

Uncured sand can be reused. Cured sand can also be reused through recycling process, thus reducing waste.
